I Once was nearly hit by lightening as a child! yet still love Thunder storms and standing in the rain x
I live on the 13th floor but hate heights !

What got you started crafting?
Between chasing around after my older brother and sisters and constantly being told to go home !
I quickly realised I enjoyed it there much more as I could watch my mum who could draw amazing nature pictures herself ....
I could draw & craft to my heart content, In fact some of best memories are of those times
me & mum were covered in glue and glitter x
I loved to draw and hoped one day to be able to do this very thing for a living!
I have spent everyday since trying to be the best I can be x
Going on to becoming an illustrator working for a company in the greetings card & gift industry.
What is your source of inspiration?
I could never named just one thing that inspires me! there are too many
I love bright bold colours + patterns and love cath kidson/ amy butler

My favorite artist is Daniel Merrian who paints beautiful enchanting scenes of magical kingdoms with fantastic creatures.
My friends & family especially my mum who shows me what she's been up to and is always there with a magazine article or craft element she things I would like x

What have you made recently?
My big sister helps to run an ATC ( Artists Trading Cards) blogpage and is hosting a halloween tin swap
I am taking part in this months swap and have just finished make a concertina mini card plaque
design with fits into the small tin decorated with vintage style halloween images of witches & pumpkins
I have also started drawing a series of enchanted magical charactors with which I am hoping
to turn into watercolour paintings
Where do you sell your crafts presently?
My greatest wish has been to share my own creations, to design & make my own brand of
cards & gift product for (pippinsnest)
I hope to bring these products to you all soon x
I do commission work in both illustrated stationery, paintings and 3d textiles projects

Why are handmade crafts important to you?
I have never stuck to a particular style of drawing
I can and do draw in different styles all the time,I find it paids to be open to this so your work
appeals to more people.
like wise I love drawing,painting but also have had I go at every craft out there!
and can make textile items, jewelery.
