I get such a creative charge from being around other artists!
Extraordinary Cards from Stamping Madly
Today’s featured crafter shares her love of card making. When answering, ‘Why Handmade’?, Sage says it best – I see the delight in someone’s face as they open one of my creations, I know that just doesn’t happen with store-bought cards. You’re right, Sage, there’s nothing quite like handmade! 🙂
Fun, Whimsical Animal Art
These adorable animal greeting cards would be a HIT for any special occasion. She especially loves giving the ‘odd’ animals some of the spotlight, like a sloth or an aardvark. Her ‘Little Bunnies’ series draws inspiration from two of her very own house bunnies that are best friends, and also a bit mischievous!
Handmade Cakes and Invitations
I originally starting crafting handmade wreaths but got into paper crafting after seeing some of the beautiful cards my neighbor was making.
Handcrafted greeting cards, invitations and paper goods
I am inspired by colour. Colours on cans of soup, colours on flyers in my mailbox, colours on other crafty items I stumble upon. As soon as I see a colour combination that interests me, my mind runs away and plans the cards I could make with it.
Fun, quirky, stylish and simple cards
“This is a super website and a great way to find out about designer makers across a whole range of crafts. Thanks for all the features you do.” You’re welcome – happy to do it! I figure that if I have to be tethered to the computer all day, unable to craft I might as well give back somehow 🙂
Hand Drawn, Quirky, Ecclectic, and Cute
