What got you started crafting?
Both my father and mother have artistic roots, I received art as a gift and started early with various crafts, which then lead me to discover jewelry making, and fell in love with it.
What is your source of inspiration?
I have a love for nature, cooking, and photography. I am also in continuous travel, meeting new cultures, new people, and new places. I strike for details, mixtures, and contrasts. Colors fascinate me. I believe my finished pieces express my multicultural background.
What have you made recently?
Necklaces with different pendant shapes have been one of my favorite creations because of all the different techniques I use. I combine exclusive materials, with stones which vary in type, size, and color to form a delicate, but cheerful decorative piece for a special occasion.
Where do you sell your crafts presently?
Currently I sell in Colombia and Venezuela in various local shops, and with distributors. I am also selling worldwide through etsy.
Why are handmade crafts important to you?
Handmade makes every piece unique and distinctive. It also has a personal touch which for me, is simply priceless.
