What got you started crafting?
I made some cushions for a friend while in high school - she had a big smile on her face when she opened the parcel and that got me hooked on handmade gift giving.

What have you made recently?
Apart from eye pillows, I am also making mini messages in bottles (which you kindly featured on this site). However, I wanted to make something especially for Valentine's Day and so visited the local craft store and picked up some ribbon, paper, a die cut and some other 'love' themed items and made them into a romantic themed eye pillow. I had some dried rose petals from another project and thought that it would be a great idea to fill them with those - they smell wonderful!
Where do you sell your crafts presently?
I sell my eye pillows online and sometimes to friends.
Why are handmade crafts important to you?
Knowing that something is handmade is especially important in this economy - you can nearly always be sure that your cash is going directly into the pocket of the producer.
