Inspired by curiosities, victoriana, diagrams, maps and trompe-l’œil, each illustration Daley creates is 100% unique.

I manage to make a mess when doing absolutely anything
it takes me ages to find my wallet no matter how recently I had it
I have a phobia of slugs
I once contracted a virus so rare it was the answer on an episode of House MD
What got you started crafting?
I find print fascinating, and I love to draw, it seemed like a good idea....
In terms of offering those things to other people, a large part of my motivation was curiosity, finding out if people would actually be interested if they had no personal connection with me
What is your source of inspiration?
curiosities, victoriana, diagrams, maps, trompe-l'œil.
What have you made recently?
I recently completed the designing and printing of some quite unusual album packaging.
all hand printed (both screenprint and letterpress) and housed in a hand made fabric bag that you have to cut open in order to get into it.

Where do you sell your crafts presently?
various london craft fairs, etsy, folksy, and spitalfields market
Why are handmade crafts important to you?
every single print is different!
the artist should be involved in every stage of the process, I draw in order to screenprint, the prints are the "originals" not the drawings; as soon as the screen is made all drawings are destroyed.
I keep a print, but nothing else, anyone that buys my work gets something different, but no one gets any more, or less, not even me.
