I like the concept of creating a small work of wearable art. I think handmade pieces offer a bit more creativity. That’s why I offer custom pieces. Someone may like a certain design, but may want a different color. That’s the advantage of purchasing handmade items.

I consider myself a total nerd, who happens to wear a hot person costume.
I'm more fascinated with the costumes on Dancing With The Stars, than the actual dancing.
I live less than ten minutes from the beach, and I usually only go to the beach about twice a year.
I collect random glass bottles and jars.
What got you started crafting?
I've always loved arts and crafts. I would always do well on art projects in school. One day, I saw a woman knitting, and I decided to learn to knit. After a few youtube videos, I was knitting up a storm. I started giving hats and scarves as gifts. I learned about healing crystals two years ago, and started making bracelets. After my friends kept asking me if my work was for sale, I decided to start my own company, Tiffany Victoria Accessories.
What is your source of inspiration?
My inspiration comes from being a champion shopper. I couldn't find things that I liked in stores, so I made them. Eventually, I want to learn to sew, so I can make my own clothes. I design pieces that I, as a fashionista, would want to buy. I appreciate quality and design in my pieces, and I like providing that to my customers. I did a lot of work with the new spring pieces. The necklaces are pretty time consuming when they are being designed. I have to make sure all the beads are balanced when worn, and look well together. A multi strand necklace usually takes about 3 to 4 hours to design. Once I have the pattern and the sample done, it takes half the time to reproduce. Sometimes, I have a particular color in mind when shopping for beads. Most of the time, I just happen to see beads I like, then create a piece out of the blue.
What have you made recently?
Tristan is my favorite necklace. I always get compliments when I wear it. It's one of the pieces that was created after I happened to see the blue beads in a bead store. I was immediately drawn to the deep blue hue, and the glitter. The smaller beads work well with the larger chunks. It's a statement piece. Statement pieces are my specialty.
Where do you sell your crafts presently?
My company is web based. I also do custom orders.
