Lately I’ve been spending my time on my DIY fashion blog, slowly but surely it’s taking shape…
Fani Vogiatzi

After studies in french and theater and several years in the fashion industry l am currently working on Maslinda,my line of jewelry accessories and clothing.
Maslinda just like the name says (literally means “prettier” in Portuguese ) aspires to make a woman feel more beautiful and at ease in her clothes.
What got you started crafting?
For as long as l can remember myself l loved making stuff with my hands, especially stuff l could wear!
What is your source of inspiration?
Nature, books l read, people l meet, stories l make inmy head.
My current obessions include the industrial revolution, gypsies, and the 70's.
What have you made recently?
In an effort to make my creations as eco friendly and systainable as possible l have introduced re-claimed leather in my collection.
I experimented with cutt offs of top quality leatherinitially used for making leather clothes.
This way, not only waste is reduced but also each piece is unique.
Where do you sell your crafts presently?
Etsy, craft fairs, retail stores.
Why are handmade crafts important to you?
So many reasons..Better quality, original design and the knowledge that l support a crafter just like me among others.
