Em told us in her featured interview that she longs to live somewhere that the sun shines year round. Well Em, you can come visit me anytime you please in sunny San Diego, as long as you promise to bring me a few of your gorgeous handmade pieces – I’ll supply the cereal if you supply the rings! Thanks for taking the time to stop by Heart Handmade Blog to show off your craft, and let me know when you’re headed out my way.

What got you started crafting?
I've always been creative and the sense of achievement you get when you have finished is amazing! I can remember being the one in primary school using every second left of class time to make the best christmas decoration ever to take home to my parents....geek!
What is your source of inspiration?
So many things inspire me...from people i meet, to places i visit and everything in between. Objects of the past and unwanted commodities inspire and I love to use them to create something new and beautiful!
What have you made recently?
The last thing i made was a card for a new baby girl! I used recycled brown card, some found check fabric and a lovely little illustration of a pram...soooo cute! We now take commissions for cards so it's been very busy getting everyone's orders out!
Where do you sell your crafts presently?
You can find my lovely items for sale at http://www.etsy.com/shop/StudioNumberTwo
It's such a great platform for crafters and is very user-friendly.
I also try to get a stand at as many markets and craft sales as possible as they are such a great way to meet other sellers and crafters!
Why are handmade crafts important to you?
Receiving something handmade just has a completely different feel about it. You can almost see the time and love that has gone into creating the item. You also receive something unique and special that you can't buy anywhere else!
