Buying handmade is so much more rewarding than buying commercial. Handmade items are so much more beautiful, unique and creative. I am willing to pay a little more just to find a fun, unique item. I also like to be able to support other handmade business owners because I can understand and appreciate what goes into items because I am a seller myself.

I have been working with polymer clay since I was 10.
I could eat ice cream everyday.
I love to travel, yet have only traveled to 3 states
Most people can't believe I can make such tiny, intricate items.
What got you started crafting?
I've always enjoyed crafting, whether it was drawing, coloring or sculpting. I didn't start selling my creations until I was in my mid-teens, though.
What is your source of inspiration?
Cute, colorful things, food and flowers
What have you made recently?
I recently started making tiny owl figures. I had never really thought of making owls until they started popping up all over the place! I made a few, and found that they are a lot of fun to make! I love using different bright color combinations to make my owls unique. I am hoping to add a line of owl Christmas ornaments and wedding toppers, along with more cute and colorful figurines.
Where do you sell your crafts presently?
I sell my creations on Etsy, which is loads of fun! I would like to find a local outlet for my items, too.
Why are handmade crafts important to you?
Buying handmade is so much more rewarding than buying commercial. Handmade items are so much more beautiful, unique and creative. I am willing to pay a little more just to find a fun, unique item. I also like to be able to support other handmade business owners because I can understand and appreciate what goes into items because I am a seller myself.
